Revised Figures Scotland Highlight

Great Day for Banffshire and Buchan Coast Liberal Democrats, the 8 candidates fielded by the Banffshire and Buchan Coast Branch yielded 4 councillors across Aberdeenshire and Moray.

Including the re-election of Anne Simpson in Central Buchan and the election of our first Lib Dem councillor in Moray since 2007, Christopher Price. Colin Simpson in Peterhead South and Cruden and Ann Bell in Fraserburgh and District were also elected

Liberal Democrats Group Leader appointed Deputy Leader of Aberdeenshire Council

Aberdeenshire Leaders

Anne Stirling, the Liberal Democrats Group Leader on Aberdeenshire Council has been appointed Deputy Leader of Aberdeenshire Council.

Judy Whyte an independent councillor has been appointed provost and Mark Findlater, Conservative and Unionist, has been appointed Leader.
