Alongside these disclosures, Mr Moore has also set out the answers to a range of questions put to him by his constituents about expense claims.
Commenting on the publication of this information, Mr Moore said:
'I am glad that my constituents now have access to the information about my expense claims from April 2004 to March 2008. I hope that the additional information I am publishing in relation to the 2008/09 financial year, and the answers to questions already put to me by constituents, will be useful to others.
'Every MP is to be subject to an independent audit and I welcome that wholeheartedly. In addition, I look forward to the outcome of Sir Christopher Kelly's independent review of what will be allowed in future and, like my colleagues, I am committed to abiding by his conclusions in full.
'With many important reforms already implemented and more to come, we now have a great opportunity, with a new Speaker, to put the House in order'.
