Galen Milne our prospective candidate for the next general election is keen to hear your views on the important issues affecting the citizens of this unique constituency so please email him with any matters that you feel of concern on galen@banffandbuchanlibdems.org.uk
The challenges facing all of us during this time of economic downturn must be confronted in a positive way. Here in Banff and Buchan we have a genuine opportunity to maximise on the traditional industries like agriculture and the marine related sectors as well as the oil and gas sector. We have a skilled workforce capable of grasping the opportunities presented through renewable energy, be it wind or wave power. We must now ensure the next generation in this constituency are trained to meet these exciting new opportunities and that will be a main message throughout Galen's campaign to become the next Member of Parliament for Banff and Buchan.
Our UK leader Nick Clegg MP is spearheading our campaign to strenghten the Partys voice at Westminster. The Liberal Democrats are now the only party that can deliver social justice. We are only choice for anyone who wants a fairer Britain.
"We will put money back in the pockets of ordinary families. We will build a stable, green economy for each and every one of us. We will change politics so that every person counts.
"You can find out more, including how to keep in touch or join the Liberal Democrats, on this site."
